Commercial Description:
Midnight Wit is a Belgian-style white ale with a medium body and spicy, citrus overtones. The texture is silky, creamy, and refreshingly delightful. Brewed with European Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, a blend of 5 different spices and then fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain. Our Brewmaster learned the art of brewing tantalizing and award-winning white beers during his time in Belgium and this beer shows it.

12oz bottle. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with about a one finger head of fluffy white foam. The aroma is yeasty and doughy with spice and citrus. Tastes of coriander, lightly toasted grains, wheat, sweet spiciness, and a hint of citrus.

a light wit with a small thin head... not very complex in flavor... subtle hints of spice and sweetness but still crisp and refreshing...

Legacy has a fairly solid and affordable witbier on their hands. A little underrated I think this gets a few more points for the low price. It might not set the world on fire but it does make a good daily drinker.

Aroma / Appearance - Transparent and carbonated the liquid was the color of dried grass. Yeast, hay, and a bit dry (like champagne) it borders on being as sour as a Berliner Weiss.

Flavor / Palate - Straw, honey, and hay make it smooth and drinkable. A yeasty finish caps a well balanced light experience. Banana and seed in the finish linger on the throat. This falls into the lawnmower beer camp.

Pale & hazy gold pour. White head and thin spotty lace. Spice and citrus on the nose. Overly floral flavor with a definite twist citrus and spice.

Bottle Pours a yellowish gold with a decent white head. Has a decent lacing. Good citrus aroma, almost flowery. Taste is good. You can definately taste the citrus. Not much of an aftertaste. A good refreshing beer.

Bottle. Light yellow, not much head for a witbier. Aroma of sweet banana, a little lemon orangish. Taste was better then expected. Nice amount of spices, banana, lemon and touch of orange peel. As most witbiers its light and easy to drink.

Hazy, yellow/gold appearance with an average size head and nice lacing. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Tart taste is spicy, wheaty, citrusy with lemon zest. Light-to-medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Crisp, dry, lingering finish.

Nice citrusy smooth wit beer. The smell of this beer is very unique with hints of orange/lemon citrus. The palate is very smooth, I wouldnt say silky and creamy like the description states. The taste if ver refreshing, you can really smell and taste the spices in every sip.
