May 5, 2007 Bottle: Pale straw in color, somewhat milky in its hues, very hazy, thin fizzly white head that dies quickly, spotty lacing.
Zesty citrus based nose, typical Witbier aroma, good. Soft tartness on first sip. Citrusy at first, becoming slightly yeasty
towards the finish. Sweetness is mild to moderate. Spices are fairly well placed, not too light either. Clean finish, some
zest remains. Moderate body and mouthfeel. Decent little Witbier. Thanks Steve for the freebie!

Apr 26, 2007 Bottle. Tulip glass. Pale yellow cloudy color with small head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, ear wax, and banana. Slightly sweet taste. Too thin of a body. Easy to drink but not inspired.

Apr 19, 2007 Not a bad beer. I had it at a beer tasting awhile ago and forgot what it tasted like. I tasted hints of banana through out. I think I will enjoy it much more when the weather gets warmer

Apr 15, 2007 Smells like junk, but actually tastes nice with a huge amount of citrus. This is one tasty beer, albeit not completely up my alley. Still, it is easily approachable and sure to please. Not a bad one to change up the pace.

Apr 14, 2007 Bottle. Hazy golden pour with only small clusters of bubbles on top. Aroma is a little doughy, actually for some reason I smell peanuts, and of course the standard citrus. Flavor is lots of lemon and wheat character. Not too bad.

Apr 11, 2007 Yellow cloudy from the tap. It didn’t have much flavor especially for a wit. Just some yeasty aroma and bready flavor. Not too impressed.
