Aug 14, 2008 Tasted alongside a Walt Wit, also from eastern PA. This one held up better with a bigger mouthfeel and more of the lovely characteristics of a wheat. Syrupy and sweet, but also sour and citrusy. Cloudy and a yellow, almost orange tint.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle. Big soapy white head. Nose of lemons and a bit of yeast. Tastes like a light lemonade with a tough of yeast and spice. Refreshing summer beer, just not much body or complexity.

Jul 6, 2008 12 oz. bottle courtesy of my friend Steve E. on 7/06/08. Aroma - Very assertive clove aroma that overshadows lemon and light stone fruit that lurks in the background. Appearance - Cloudy yellow pour, somewhat spare white head that has a fine, creamy appearance. Flavor - Starts off with a fruity sweetness that persists with some soft bitterness and a faint tartness that come on board slowly. <P> Palate - Light body and gently carbonation, smooth, not quite dry, yet refreshing and fairly clean mouthfeel. Overall - Pretty decent, but the spiciness and the sweetness definitely prevail, and I would prefer more dryness.

Jun 19, 2008 bottle poured a hazy wheat color with a thin white head. aroma has spices, yeast, wheat, and slight citrus fruit. mouth feel is lighter but has a nice texture. flavor has spices and yeast, wheat, and light orange peel. very easy sipping with spices that are not too over the top.
