Commercial Description:
Midnight Wit is a Belgian-style white ale with a medium body and spicy, citrus overtones. The texture is silky, creamy, and refreshingly delightful. Brewed with European Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, a blend of 5 different spices and then fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain. Our Brewmaster learned the art of brewing tantalizing and award-winning white beers during his time in Belgium and this beer shows it.

A light translucent blonde with a with a very thin white head. Aroma of lemon and cloves, rather light. In mouth, a rather light and refreshing wit with lots of lemon, corinader, cloves, and a light sweet candy finish. Rather light bodied, but sustained spices remain. Bottle from Party Source, Syracuse.

Bottle. Aroma contained lemon, coriander, wheat and dough. Poured a hazy yellow with a soapy almost no existent head. Light and refreshing a good beer for when you just finish mowing the lawn. It was wheaty and nicely spiced albeit a little thick for a white.

Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow body with a small white foam covering. Solid aroma- fruity cereal, some banana, pineapple, peaches, and cookie dough. This stuff is really watery, some muted spice is present but it’s really hidden behind the water... otherwise there is some mild fruit character, kind of a citrusy twang.

Belgian style witbier by the boys from Reading. Well, nice attempt but not a real clutch hitter. Fizzy and not much yeast and hop bitterness and citrus zest. Kinda disappears in the back of throat. Light bodied beer - and I mean light. Nice though in the heat.

12 oz btl from alexsdad in hand off trade. A hazed golden yellow pour with light white lace. An aroma of belgian yeast and spices like coriander. A bit of a tartness on the flavor fades to a bit of a sour. A medium carbonation not fizzy but foamy and a bit thin. A good flavor. Overall taste is good a refreshing beer drank @ about 55*.

12 oz bottle via Myst Swap 2.0 (thanks hopdog!). Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose is spicy..pepper, clovers, nutmeg. Taste is pepper, bananna, clover, allspice, cinnamon..quite spicy. Don’t think i will be able to finish this one. Body is light/medium. Carbonation moderate.

Draft. Nothing much to say. Pale straw, big white head. Wheat nose, wheat taste without much intensity of clove or citrus or grain or anything else. Thin in the mouth. I did not finish my first small glass. Drain pour.
