May 20, 2007 Extra from hopdog i thinl. Aroma of citrus and a lot of bananas. Poured a real light color with a white aniversary. Flavor had a light spiciness to it.

May 18, 2007 Bottle: Pours a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma, lemon, wheat, and banana, some yeast. Flavor, lemon, tar, some wheat, bready, some banana in the flavor as well. Decent beer.

May 13, 2007 Thin white head which dissipates quickly. Spicy peppery aroma with some sharp hops, lemon and fresh salty air. Medium gold in color with light carbonation. Zippy flavor and mouthfeel. Slightly tart with some more spices, lemon and yeast. Hint of bready malts as it warms. Finishes sharp and dry with a lingering spicyness. Decent.

May 12, 2007 First wit I’ve had in a rather long while, and not a good one to come back with. Pours an almost alarmingly neon yellow with little head to speak of. General carbonation is alright, though. Taste is pisslike wheat, overly lemony (but bad lemon), hint of garbage (note: I can’t actually say that with a straight face). This is, uh, not that good.

May 12, 2007 Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of pepper, spice and zesty lemon. Taste is peppery with hints of corriander and lemon. Not bad, but nothing special. A good warm day brew.
