Pour is light yellow and I’was possibly expecting something cloudy. Clear white foam foam head. Has a beery smell, not much like a wit. No wheat aromas that I can detect. Perhaps I notice some lemon smells in there. No bubbles rising in the brew. Initial flavor is spicy but I have trouble detecting the wheat~ very simple flavor and non~agressive. Enjoyable to say the least! I sense no bitterness in the flavors. However, this is different enough to sepaarte it in personality from the rest in this style. Finish is nice and clean. Repeatable and easy to like. A light hearted brew. I like it! sliffy (2012), Columbus, Ohio, USA
