Commercial Description:
Midnight Wit is a Belgian-style white ale with a medium body and spicy, citrus overtones. The texture is silky, creamy, and refreshingly delightful. Brewed with European Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, a blend of 5 different spices and then fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain. Our Brewmaster learned the art of brewing tantalizing and award-winning white beers during his time in Belgium and this beer shows it.

Friday Night at the Beer Yard.....Pours out a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was of spice and some citrus. Nice and refreshing with some notes of spice and some citrus with a few sour notes on the finish. Not my style of beer, but not too bad.

12 oz bottle via Myst Swap 2.0 (thanks hopdog!). Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose is spicy..pepper, clovers, nutmeg. Taste is pepper, bananna, clover, allspice, cinnamon..quite spicy. Don’t think i will be able to finish this one. Body is light/medium. Carbonation moderate.

Weak baby food and DMS smell. Hazy yellow pour with a thin white head. Tastes of peas and beans covering coriander. Clearly compromised and resembling nothing but tainted beer.

At the royal stumble. Smells of spices as well as a slight funky yeast . Taste was very mild with corriander and lemony flavors. Very refreashing.

Pours a golden yellow with a white head. Smells spicy, coriander, orange rind, very normal. Taste is boring, too sweet, gives me a headache. All water and sugar. Just a really bad beer.
