Aug 20, 2006 (12oz bottle, thanks kmweaver) Hazy lemon yellow body, small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, clove, lemon, some grassy, Taste is medium sweet, clove, bubblegum, some lemon, grass. Light body, nice crispness.

Jul 3, 2007 Hazy yellow, moderate head with blah lacing and retention. Aroma is spiced with the usual stuff. Lightly tart finish, fairly light bodied. Nothing great or bad about it, just ’another’ wit.

Mar 3, 2007 Bottle (12oz). Pale gold, pale watery gold, smallish head, a few randomly spaced small bubbles. Sweet slightly papery malt backbone, light coriander, a fair bit of grassy hops. Taste has light fruit, grassy hops, but a nice infusion of citrus, decently sour in the finish. Average body for a wit (meaning watery), only mildly carbonated, a little sour, quick finish - not bad, but I’m a little underwhelmed after all is said and done.

May 5, 2008 12 oz bottle. Hazy lemony yellow with a fizzy white head. Lightly sweet nose, lemongrass and wheat. Flavor is like a Blue Moon crossed with a Wittekerke - not bad, but heavier than expected, body-wise. Eh. OK, I guess.

Mar 22, 2007 Bottle. Poured a cloudy golden body with decent size head. Aroma is of corriander and cirtus, other spices. Taste is smoth with some bitterness, spices and an odd/weak flavor to it. Got better the more I drank but overall a decent wit.

Mar 8, 2007 on tap at market cross shippensburg: aroma is of belgian yeast that has slight funk. coloring was right for a wit, light yellow with tints of white when held up to the light. flavor was quite refreshing. Nice sour astringent overtones, with some citrus, and quite a bit of yeast. light palate. decent wit

Apr 9, 2007 Updated: Dec 31, 2007On tap at the Bocktown. Pour is light yellow and I’was possibly expecting something cloudy. Clear white foam foam head. Has a beery smell, not much like a wit. No wheat aromas that I can detect. Perhaps I notice some lemon smells in there. No bubbles rising in the brew. Initial flavor is spicy but I have trouble detecting the wheat~ very simple flavor and non~agressive. Enjoyable to say the least! I sense no bitterness in the flavors. However, this is different enough to sepaarte it in personality from the rest in this style. Finish is nice and clean. Repeatable and easy to like. A light hearted brew. I like it!

Apr 26, 2007 Bottle. Tulip glass. Pale yellow cloudy color with small head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, ear wax, and banana. Slightly sweet taste. Too thin of a body. Easy to drink but not inspired.
