Commercial Description:
Midnight Wit is a Belgian-style white ale with a medium body and spicy, citrus overtones. The texture is silky, creamy, and refreshingly delightful. Brewed with European Pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, a blend of 5 different spices and then fermented with a classic Belgian yeast strain. Our Brewmaster learned the art of brewing tantalizing and award-winning white beers during his time in Belgium and this beer shows it.

Bottle. Pours a hazy straw with white head. Aroma of citris and spice. Has a good Belgian taste with a touch of earthiness. Carbonated well. I think a good representative of a Wit.

This is a typical Witbier to me honey lemon pepper coriander spices on top of a light wheat body. It had some banana attribute in the nose. It is creamy and full in the mouth, despite the airy light body. If this is the style you are looking then you found it. Workday beer for me. Straightforward, and not my favorite style to begin with, but Well done Legacy. Hope this is helpful. Cheers!

Slightly cloudy golden coloured body with striking yellow/white highlights and a very thin white head. Very nice in appearance! Aroma of coriander seed, curacao, wheat and yeast - exactly what you’d expect from a wit! Light-bodied; Sharp coriander seed freshness mixed with a lot of wheat up front. Aftertaste cuts through with lemons, curacao and pine. Overall, a very nice wit - pretty true to the way it should be made. I think this was better than the average review and would sample this again in the midst of summer on the East Coast. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 11-January-2008.

Hazy, yellow/gold appearance with an average size head and nice lacing. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Tart taste is spicy, wheaty, citrusy with lemon zest. Light-to-medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Crisp, dry, lingering finish.

tap at Hop Devil Grill. Clear pale golden colour, creamy white head. Pale wheaty aroma, light coriander. Full-bodied wheaty texture despite the lack of suspended yeast. Bright coriander and a bready/wheaty aroma. Short citrusy finish. Nice wit.

Spicy-sour aroma. Dry. Soft but not overcarbonated. Clean flavors finishing with a big hit of citrus and spice on the finish. Enjoyably drinkable.

Nice brew. Chewy body, a little bit wheaty. Cloudy yellowish colour. Taste is a bit of spice along with some citrus and a little bit of hops.
