Has a good Belgian taste with a touch of earthiness. Carbonated well. I think a good representative of a Wit. Phatz (225), Paradise, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 1, 2006 This is a typical Witbier to me honey lemon pepper coriander spices on top of a light wheat body. It had some banana attribute in the nose. It is creamy and full in the mouth, despite the airy light body. If this is the style you are looking then you found it. Workday beer for me. Straightforward, and not my favorite style to begin with, but Well done Legacy.
Hope this is helpful.
Cheers!

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 11, 2008 Slightly cloudy golden coloured body with striking yellow/white highlights and a very thin white head. Very nice in appearance! Aroma of coriander seed, curacao, wheat and yeast - exactly what you’d expect from a wit! Light-bodied; Sharp coriander seed freshness mixed with a lot of wheat up front. Aftertaste cuts through with lemons, curacao and pine. Overall, a very nice wit - pretty true to the way it should be made. I think this was better than the average review and would sample this again in the midst of summer on the East Coast. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 11-January-2008. guzzler67 (1283), Hanover, Maryland, USA
