Apr 10, 2007 Nice brew. Chewy body, a little bit wheaty. Cloudy yellowish colour. Taste is a bit of spice along with some citrus and a little bit of hops.

Legacy has a fairly solid and affordable witbier on their hands. A little underrated I think this gets a few more points for the low price. It might not set the world on fire but it does make a good daily drinker.
Aroma / Appearance - Transparent and carbonated the liquid was the color of dried grass. Yeast, hay, and a bit dry (like champagne) it borders on being as sour as a Berliner Weiss.
Flavor / Palate - Straw, honey, and hay make it smooth and drinkable. A yeasty finish caps a well balanced light experience. Banana and seed in the finish linger on the throat. This falls into the lawnmower beer camp.

Jul 9, 2006 At the royal stumble. Smells of spices as well as a slight funky yeast . Taste was very mild with corriander and lemony flavors. Very refreashing.

Sep 21, 2007 Bottle. Aroma contained lemon, coriander, wheat and dough. Poured a hazy yellow with a soapy almost no existent head. Light and refreshing a good beer for when you just finish mowing the lawn. It was wheaty and nicely spiced albeit a little thick for a white.

Jan 13, 2008 Bottle. Small white head with lacing. Good aroma of citrus and spices. Flavor of sweet malts, coriander, orange and other spices. Refreshing and flavorfull. Very good.

Apr 6, 2007 Bottle. hazy gold. Small foamy white head. Nose on this one is pretty typical but well done - spices, yeast, grains, citrus zest and candyish notes. Taste is sweet malts, lemon, spices, soft yeast, grains and candyish fruits. Body is lively and bubbly but light and crisp, just how it’s supposed to be. Finishes with a tad more bitterness than it began. More yeast and lemon here with softer malt, grains, and candyish esters. Nice!

Feb 3, 2007 12oz bottle. Poured a lighter and slightly hazy yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of stronger spices, lemon / citrus, and yeast. Tastes of lemons, some wheat, spices, and a trace of bananas. Thinner body.

Apr 3, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy bubbly dark yellow with a small lasting white head. Nice and spicy aroma along with Belgian yeast, citrus and sweet malt. Flavour of Belgian yeast, spices and citrus. Light bodied but alright for the style. Pretty good, I enjoyed it.
