There is an adequate level of visible carbonation. The aroma contains orange, hints of corriander, and some yeasty wheat. The flavor is a bit different than the typical Belgian Wit. It is quite good and contains some fruity (lightly tropical) wheat malt, mild citrus (orange and lemon), delicate spice, and a slight, complementary sourness in the clean finish. The flavors are very well matched and balanced. The medium body is smooth on the palate and isn’t too carbonated. I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. It varies a little from the typical Belgian-style Wit and is better than expected!

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 21, 2007 Bottle. Aroma contained lemon, coriander, wheat and dough. Poured a hazy yellow with a soapy almost no existent head. Light and refreshing a good beer for when you just finish mowing the lawn. It was wheaty and nicely spiced albeit a little thick for a white. GMCC2181 (872), Bear/Elkton, Delaware, USA

Aroma of sweet banana, a little lemon orangish. Taste was better then expected. Nice amount of spices, banana, lemon and touch of orange peel. As most witbiers its light and easy to drink. jcweaver (65), VA Beach, Virginia, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 18, 2008 Bottle. Hazy golden color with a frothy white head. Tart wheaty aroma with citrus, dusty yeast and coriander. Nice balance of sweet and tart. Wheat and lightly sweet malts with orange and grapefruit zestiness in the back, along with some coriander. Smooth bodied with fine carbonation. Surprisingly decent domestic Wit from the supermarket fridge. Surely would be better tasting in the summer. ROGUE (676), Newark, Delaware, USA
