Commercial Description:
Brewed exclusively for The Capital Ale House by the brewers of Legend. This weizenbock clocks in at about 8.5% ABV and 22IBUs. Brewed using wheat, wheat malt, Munich malt, and German Tettnang hops. Add a healthy dose of hefeweizen yeast and the result is a malty, spicy beer with a warming finish and aromas of banana and clove. Enjoy!

Just found my rating of this one... Cloudy golden body with a medium amount of head. Hoppy aroma, some light herbal accents. Taste of wheat and light fruits, bananna some clove. Ending is somewhat lacking.

Draft downtown CAH. Medium hazy amber with little head. Aroma of cloves, and a very odd faint bacon note. Checked this repeatedly, and kept getting bacon. Faint, but there. Pleasant, but unusual. Flavor is more straightforward, banana and clove oriented. Decent, but a little light for the style for my tastes. Nice to see the collaboration between Legend and CAH, would love to see more one off brews like this in the future. Could be a great way for Legend to test recipes.

On tap at Capital Ale House - Downtown. Cloudy dark amber brown body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet banana aroma with some clove, light spice and molassas. Sweet banana with heavy spice, huge clove presense, some light molassas. Medium body with heavy spice lending some harshness.
