my first Legend Brew Beer.
I think the word Imperial is used a little too loosely these days. I guess its supposed to mean its a little richer than a regular IPA.
Well, I guess it is, more slippery mouthfeel, a fuller body, a lingering mellow aftertaste.
The hops overwhelm everything else, of course, it is an IPA, but after the hops thingsettles down, it is a smooth and pleasurable drink. kmweaver (2489), Sebastopol, California, USA

Big, sweet hoppy nose that fills the glass. Surprisingly light, sour, bitter mouthfeel - textured, but slightly unpleasant. Medium finish. radagast83 (1315), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Nice aroma, piney with some nice malt accents. Excellent taste, spicey with some nice hop accents. The body isn’t thin like some IPA’s, rather it has a nice complexity. Hoppy ending, very enjoyable. A mostly diminishing average frothy off-white head tops up a clear light orange body. Moderate lacing. No particles. Many small bubbles. Aroma presents malt being light biscuity while hops are heavy citrusy and resiny... Yeast character is moderate sweat. Also, there are excessive notes of band-aid and .herds in a strange way that was surely not meant to be. (at least, i hope!!) This tends to indicate that the bottle aged badly but we could detect signs of infection. Initial flavor is medium bitter while development develops band-aid surrounded earthiness. Still have those herbal evocations. Finish is short Light to medium body... oily texture... Lively carbonation... gputty (456), Virgina Beach, Virginia, USA
