Commercial Description:
The latest in our “Imperial” line of beers, this 8% abv version of our pilsner is maltier, hoppier, and just all around bigger. We changed up the recipe a bit including a richer malt base (Pilsner Malt, 6 Row, and Munich). Czech Saaz was used in the boil and for dry hopping. This is a smooth brew, fruity up front with a full body and a long, dry finish.

On tap at Legend Brewing. Golden-red body with a light off-white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Excellent taste, cherry with citrus accents. Sweet and chewey ending.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear amber color with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet floral hops aroma. Sweet floral hops flavor with some light caramel in the end.

Cask version at Capital Ale House. Immense floral aroma catches your attention before you can even look at it. Appearance is a hazy gold, with good lacing from the small head. Flavors are floral, some almost candy anise, and a dry bready finish. Fantastic stuff.
