Commercial Description:
Named "Crystal" because of its unique qualities, this beer is made to one of our own special recipes using 50% pilsner and 50% wheat malts. Light amber in appearance with a foaming white head, this beer has unique citrus fruit flavours. There is a hint of spice and a mild bitterness coupled with a medium hoppy aroma. This is a refreshing summer drink that can be enjoyed with a squeeze of lime juice. 4.3 to 4.5% abv

Hazy, golden colour with a nice head. Aroma of orange and hints of other fruits. Flavour of malt, citrus, and orange - very thin and a little fruity.

Pouring from the can, a clear gold with a frothy white head. A pleasant malt aroma, not too sweet, with some hints of cherries and tropical fruit. A little thin, a predominately malty palate carries both bitterness and a citrus sweetness. That sweetness grows a little too strong for me in the finish, but I like the relative complexity of this for a style I don’t typically rate highly.

Can. A hazy light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, but also a light skunkyness. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and what I thought was brewing cereal, but its apparantly not, and a light acidity from the wheat malt. Thanks to Papsoe for supplying this.
