(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy orangey golden with an off-white head. Peanutbuttery aroma. Medium body with a heavy carbonation, light notes of caramel and a dry and lightly hoppy finish. 051008

Bügelverschlußflasche: Cloudy, orangey coloured, mid-sized, lacy off-white head; grainy-yeasty nose with a tinge of vegetables and cardboard; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a tart touch, light bodied; bitter, grainy and tart-yeasty finish. Really not pleasant......

[bottle] Spicy melanoidin aroma with spicy noble hops and some almost wheat sourness. Hazy brownish orange under plenty of white lace and a thin cover. Spicy flavour that is really not that pleasant: lemony caramel malt is oppressed by a slightly astringent bitterness that is very herbal. Some orange, rubber, and parsley notes. I think the yeast may have autolysed a bit in the bottle--no expiry date... Light to medium body, medium carbonation, bitterness bites back in the finish. Not very bad, but unblanced by the bitterness and rubber.

Bottle, 4.9%. Yeasty aroma, slightly old. Cloudy dark orange colour. Small stable head, almost white. Good yeast flavour, slightly fruity, but also a little old.

Bottle. The smell of bread, light sour and moderate malty. A medium sized creamy off-white head and a cloudy dark orange body. Light sour taste with a average duration. Creamy texture, medium body and a lively carbonation.
