The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. But the foam disappears really fast. Starts spicy, the finish is much too sourish. Not a good christmasbeer!

May 11, 2008 Pours a clear golden yellow color. Aromas of grass, cheerios, and a touch of flowers. Flavor is kinda sweet to start, citrusy finish with some hop notes.

Feb 24, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden colour with a nice german style mostly lasitng white head. Malty aroma and taste with a nice bitter touch.

Hell yellow-golden coulor, thin head, some hopbitter, and grain, like a full pilsener, good beer, but what about wintertraum?? würzig??

Dec 23, 2007 500ml fliptop bottle: poured light yellow with a medium sized snow white head. I’m trying to understand why this is a winter beer. In winter beers, I prefer something dark with some body. To me, this beer is like what a rebadging of Bud Light with a Winter Fest! sticker on it would be. The aroma is lightly of bread and hops. Flavor is the same. Mild hop bitterness with some yeasty, bready notes. Very fresh. Easy drinking and would be nice during the summer months. Not quite what I’m looking for in the winter.
