(Bottle courtesy of Headbanger) - Color is a deep amber with mellow carbonation and a thin tight tan head. Aroma is a light roasted malt scent. Taste is sweet and toasted. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down crisp and fizzy. Finish is a roasted malt flavor that gives a touch of smoke and a hint of chocolate. After taste is a little bitter with a whisky like taste. This is an odd Bock, its not bad but the flavors seem to clash a little.

Beer pours reddish amber color with a smallish, retained off white head. Aroma is fairly muted with caramel and just a touch of smoke. Flavor follows the aroma, a little smoky flavor finishy lightly sweet. A pretty good session beer.

Bottle to pint glass at friend’s cabin. Pours a nice dark caramel with moderate off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt. Medium bodied, Well balanced beer and would make a good session beer. "I’m a lumberjack and I’m okay; I sleep all night and I work all day" (homage to Monty Python) - CHEERS!
