Pours a melding of pink and orange color with an off white head that has a touch of pink also. The head retention is nice and there is adequate lacing as well. Aroma is mix berry smell with a little hop aroma thrown in at the end. Very fruity smelling just not a specific fruit. Flavor is just like the aroma. There is an overtly "generic berry" flavor with a touch of hops. Very easy to drink. It almost drinks like a soda. I can see why this is a first beer for so many people that don’t taste of beer quite yet. raymow (738), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA

Still though, it’s definitely not for me! I’m not much of a berry guy (especially in my beer). WakeandBake (434), Greenville, Michigan, USA

I gave this middle marks across the board, I drank a couple, thought they were more like a wine cooler than a beer, very fruity and went down smooth. I would drink this again but only now and then scooterbub (383), Lander, Wyoming, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a murky red-amber color with a nice, thin, creamy white head that clings to the glass and lasts until the beer is gone. The taste is very fruity, fairly sweet and to a degree it is atringent. It reminds me more of a wine cooler than a beer, which is kind of disappointing. The aroma is similar to the taste. Though it looks quite tantalizing in my glass, the taste wasn’t as exciting. However, this is a pretty good beer as it is, inexpensive, easy to drink and enjoy. I wouldn’t mind waking up and having one of these with my breakfast. BigBeer45 (705), Michigan, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 3, 2008 Pours a red colored beer, looks like a wine cooler, has a few white bubbles for a head, this resembles a red lemonade,
aroma of strawberry, raspberry and citrus, berry and sugar sweet fragrances, resembles a wine cooler in aroma, has berry sweet and tart fragrances, there are fruit juice fragrances to, blackberry flavor with citrus, sugar sweetness from corn syrup? taste like a fruit juice with less sweetener, has some tartness but most of all resembles a wine cooler, rather thin on the palate and has a syrupy feel to it, not much beer distinction here.

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 3, 2008 Bottle poured to glass. Pours a redish/amber hue with white head. Smells of black currants, blackberrys, cherry, and wheat. Acidic tasting and overly sweet on the front of the palate. A very mild bitter but fairly strong acidic after taste to follow. Tours of the Leinenkugels Brewery have informed me that this is just their Honey Weiss with a syrup flavor injection just prior to bottling. I feel this is why it is overly sweet and not very balanced or authentic. I believe this may make an unbelievable pancake syrup for those special mornings. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 2, 2008 Fiancee’s favorite. Pours almost like a blush wine, nearly pink with a tinge of yellowing. A head of little white bubbles. Nose is blue/ras/black berries. Smells like Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries. Very berry flavor overpowers just about any malt. Not only fruit sweetness but pretty close. The black/ras berries are very strong. More of a dessert than a beer.
