If there was ever a beer I would consider feminine it would be this. Aroma of strong berries. Almost like Fruity Pebbles. Pour was a fruity orange/pink with small bubbles and a one finger white head. Taste was all sweet berry with nothing else. This is like champagne with a cup of sugar. guyinchicago (526), marengo, Illinois, USA

If you want to get wisconsin girls drunk, there are better ways to do it. This one will just make them puke purple in your back seat. I’d rather drink Boone’s Farm. Needless to say, finished the sixer. beerheart (237), Erie, Colorado, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Feb 20, 2008 Silly me. On a trip to Milwaukee I had the pleasure of tasting the New Glarus Raspberry. I had never had a lambic, kreik, or fruit beer before. It was delicious. So for a summer party, I picked this up. It’s freakin’ cough syrup with CO2 added. Artificially sweetened. Jeebus, they probably added corn syrup. It’s worse than a wine cooler. TopherDrinks (96), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Feb 16, 2008 Bottle. Pours a very odd purple hued amber with a purple tinted off white head. Nose is artificial berries...and that dominates all! First taste is BERRIES and CREAAAAM! I’ve had just about enough after the second mouthful! Finished it, but probably will never get this again. Artificial and over-sweetened. pointer11 (43), Wisconsin, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Feb 9, 2008 Updated: Apr 20, 200812 oz. Purple-tinged orange color with a five-finger, creamy and lasting head. Aroma is raspberries and cream, with some faint resiny oil. Flavor is the same as the aroma - tart berries and sweet cream, with a slight resin-oil finish. Becomes way too sweet after a few sips. Body is almost light-medium, tingly and refreshing. Decent attempt with some nice fruit flavor, but seems to need a different (or additional) hop bill to provide some balance. djd07 (738), Houston, Texas, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy pink/purple color with a small pinkish white head. The aroma is a strong berry as soon as you pour it hits the nose. The taste is a sweet fruit with a citrus finish, not as acidy as most fruit beers. A decent fruit beer from Leinenkugel.
