Bottle. Pours clear pinkish-purple with a small but lasting foamy head of a similar color. Smells like sparkling grape juice with blackberry. Tastes the same, almost no beer taste. Slightly syrupy, light, finishes sour. Not bad for warm weather drinking, but I can’t imagine drinking more than a couple of these.

poured a pink color with small lacings. it smelled like blackberries and was very light on the palate kinda reminded me of a blackberry smoothie.

From a bottle poured. It was orangish, plum body with a off white head with blue accents. Not so surupy. however tasted more like a berry propel, yes watery. Thanks for the hookup anyway, dogjaw.

Pours a light purple-pink, with a light pink head that quickly dissipates. Smells like fruit juice from a box—the kind you had in your lunchbox as a kid. The taste is the same: shockingly un-beerlike fruit drink. There might be a tiny bit of wheat in there, but it’s totally burried beneath a crushing, cloying onslaught of berry-punch Juicy Juice. Lots of my friends seem to love it for that very reason, but it just tastes sickeningly sweet to me.

I personally like this beer. I think it’s better when you make it into a Honey Bear (50% Berry Weiss/50% Honey Weiss). However, the main reason I give this beer this high a score is due to the fact whenever I’m making a beer run ALL the ladies always request THIS beer. Like my mom always told me, listen to the women...

8/11/07: Bottle.
Blush colored body with a quickly dissipating white head. No lace. Clean, fizzy nose with aromas of light berry. Although mostly syrupy, this beer is clean and refreshing.

OK, so this isn’t my thing. I don’t like many fruit beers, and this is no exception. This beer looks like carbonated pink grapefruit juice when poured from a bottle or tap, and tastes overly sweet, with an overpowering, candylike flavor of berries and sugar. If there were wheat in it, it’d be so much better. But it’s not much more appealing than a Smirnoff Ice or Mike’s Lemonade.
