Bottle. Smells as advertised: berries (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry) and a touch of wheat. Solid violet/amber body with a nice, frothy head that stays around and leaves a bit of disappointing lacing on the glass. Flavor is more like a malty wine cooler, but hey, it’s advertised as a fruit beer so what can you expect. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of peach are prominent. Nice, prickly mouthfeel. Damn the torpedos- I like this beer; nice, refreshing, and as advertised.

Bottle: Immediate aroma of berries as the bottle was opened. Berries are again the only discernable aroma note from the glass. Pours an odd pinkish copper color with a medium pink tinged head. Slightly cloudy. Flavor reminds me of diet grape soda. Berries overshadow all but a hint of malt with no apparent hops. To sweet to be a real thirst quencher or drink in any quantity.

boo why would someone make this? not good, weak fake berry taste. almost no head, tastes of artificial gum and crappy beer.

Pours a flat pink/red color, pink head. Aroma is berries of course but that’s the best part of the beer. The flavor is berries but with a nasty bite to them and the beer is the same with a nasty irony bite to it, maybe from the hops but this is starting to taste like a damn smirnoff to me, to thin and watery, the fruit flavor is fake, and the beer itself has a nasty bite to it, not sitting well in my stomach.

Pours a dark orange-red. Very strong berry aroma, with a very fake berry flavor along with it.

Bottle. Loganberries, huh? Aroma is syrupy, artificial berry flavoring, sugary and not even worthy of comparison with Monin. Strawberry red-pink pour with a light, quickly-dissolved head somewhere between white and light pink. Taste is soft, artificial berry with a light, stale grainy bitterness. Sweetness stops short of cloying, but this is still a beer meant for children. Not a lot of evidence of the wheat, perhaps just the light oily slick floating by. Certainly drinkable, but it may depend on your preference: Jolly Rancher or Kool-Aid?

A decent berry flavored beer that can only be drank in small quantities. Only available in the east coast/mid as far as i know. Very nice amber/purple color

Pours hazy ruby grapefruit color w/ thin white head. Very strong citrus smells (of course), with notes of mellow malt. Overwhelming flavor of berries. Perfumey. Maybe better very, very cold on a very hot day.
