Bottle. Light red color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Heavy raspberry wheat aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet fruity flavor with a sweet finish of short duration. Refreshing summer brew.

Well, as summer is right around the corner, it’s time to start finding Berry Weiss at all your BBQ’s and festivals. It pours a watermelon/honey color with a fast white/pinkish head. Aroma is that of a diet strawberry soda with a touch of grain behind. Sour berries and a hint of honey in flavor. Fizzy mouthfeel thins a lightly syrupy body, finishing like a cider with light acidity.

I’ve seen women who don’t drink beer enjoy Berry Weiss, so it doesn’t hurt to keep this on hand. Pink and fruity, it does seem to be aimed at the fairer sex. Regardless, if you’re in the mood for a cider or "something fruity", this is something inexpensive and unpretentious.

Bottle - pale brown with slight peach hints. Whitish head with a pink tint. Huge fruit nose and flavor. It’s delicious, but definitely a non-beerdrinker’s beer.

This "beer" is the kind of beer that minors drink and then say that they like the taste of beer. Quite frankly, a wine cooler has more beer taste than this. It kind of looks like beer upon pouring, but then the saccharine scent and flavor gives it away.

I only had this once, a few years back and i recall it being WAY to sweet for me. Two of these in one sitting is plenty, kinda like the Apple Spice. Very berry-ish for sure, a bit to much for my taste, not enough beer taste.

Bottled. Consumed as cold as possible, which unfortunately was not cold enough. Poured a clear peachy-orange with a tall rocky light pink head. Nose was of a wine cooler with Kool-Aid sweetness and tubs of artificial berries. Drinking this was just painful... powerful artificial berry sweetness with minor sour wheaty notes.. no semblance of hops.. and more damned sweetness. Spritzy on the palate, which made it take longer to swallow. Tacky, cloying, sweet finish. I think the half glass that I consumed gave me a headache, too.

Pour is reddish-brown with a medium white head that goes down gradually with quite a bit staying. Good amount of carbonation in the beer The aroma is all berries - I’m detecting mainly blueberry and raspberry. Taste is berries with high fructose corn syrup. It has a medium light body, but the sweetness gives it an almost syrupy mouthfeel, expecially on the finish. Finish is a cloying sweetness. The berry aspects of this are nice, but the oversweetening of it puts one off. This could be good for the person that likes fruity drinks, but not beer - because there is very little beer qualities to this. I doubt I will try this one again.
