12fl oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours a light purple pinkish color with very little head. Smells like berries; it reminds me of wine. Tastes like berries. Medium sour finish. It’s okay for what it is but I’m not a fan of this style.

Not bad for a beer that has a "berry" purple inspired label that just shouts mediocrity. For a mass produced brew that includes your usual fruit juice, or natural ingredients, this beer actually has a non sour fruit taste. However, one bottle of this and you will be asking for something with a bit more bite.

12oz bottle provided by DuffManSW from a trip to Nevada. Purple/orange pour with a light pink head. Smells like blackberries, not bad really. Wow, that’s sweet berry right there, just like berry juice with a little carbonation, whew, that’s sweet.

Bottle from Lee’s Discount Liquor in Mesquite, Nevada...Holy crap, a Leinenkugels beer that Hophead22 hasn’t rated!!!! Pours a murky pinkish orange with a pink-white head.. Smell is mostly raspberries..Taste like mostly raspberries with some blackberries in the finish.. Not sure if they use fresh berries or syrup but the flavor taste kinda artificial.

Pink orange pour with little or no head and lace. Very nice berry aroma. Berry explosion on the taste, no hops, no malt. Decent carbonation but a tad thin. A decent fruit beer.

Smells good, but it ends there. Fruit and beer don’t work for me. When a beer hints of a fruit flavor, like a nice glass of wine, I enjoy that, but when you poor fruit flavoring into beer, it is over powering.

Aroma of light citrus and berries. Very good summer brew, as the flavor is light and refreshing, with a very strong presence of berries, followed by a brisk malt finish. Above average fruit beer.
