Pours a cloudy amber color with lots of pink shades in the otherwise white head. The aroma is sweet and tart berries and malt. The flavor is OK; sweet berries, a bit of splenda, light watery malts. OK. beerguy101 (3946), Newark, California, USA

This fruit beer pours a slightly hazy pinkish peachy amber color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention. The aroma is berries and wheat, somewhat sweet. A light to medium bodied fruit beer. The malts are fruity and sweet and are mostly overwhelm by the berry flavors. They are very sweet, and slightly artificial. The hops are floral. Nice carbonation. A good hot weather beer, despite all that fruit and sweetness there is some beer like quality here. The fruit flavors are a little too intense and too sweet. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Apr 22, 2009 This is not beer! it is fruit juice with a splash of fermented starches. I can handle a fruit beer, but this is overbearing. The Sunset Wheat or Abita Strawberry are better alternatives if you are looking for some fruit in a beer. Looks like a red ale with a large off white/reddish head. mmbt7 (26), Moorhead, Minnesota, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 23, 2009 2009 Bottle. A cloyingly sweet fruit beer. Just know what you’re getting into before you drink. Smells and tastes of multiple types of berries, somewhat artificially and overwhelmingly. A beer for the faint of heart, but not bad as far as fruit beers go.
