Feb 23, 2009 12oz. bottle...not sure of how old this one is...Aroma is really good...smells very very sweet...Alot of dark fruits...caramel, toffee, and alot of honey. Pours a dark-cloudy brown with a tiny beige head. A load of particles floating around as well as along of matter stuck to the bottom of the bottle. Flavor is mostly coffee, malt, and burnt toffee. Something a little off. Nasty, sticky mouthfeel...medium bodied. I think this is well past its prime..I could smell it all night long...after that, its pretty unappealing.

May 9, 2004 This is a good bock, great color and aroma. Flavor is full, with the right amount of caramel and spice. Makes me want one now.

Apr 27, 2004 Ah. the picture reminds me of there old commercials, The beer so thick a pencil will stand in it. Amber color with a thick head of light tan bubbles. Aroma of caramel, toast and pale malt. Well bodied. Mostly malt flavors with a touch of biting hops to keep it honest.
