| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 9, 2009 12 oz. bottle served in stein- poured transparent faded orange with yellow hue, high carbonation and lively, frothy white head formed and actually tried to lace. Aroma of caramel, malt, and a very faint note of Hallertau hops. Hits the mouth with a thin body, malt is there but very restrained, has a classic "Euro-brew" taste to it in the middle (no better way to describe it, sorry), finish is a little on the soft water side. Better than their last offering (88 Bock), but not by much. OD40oz (602), Box Elder, South Dakota, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 9, 2009 I wasn’t expecting much out of this one. It really wasn’t that bad. Brownsh golden with a low, fizzy white head. This tasted more like a pale lager than anything else. Really not too shabby although I wouldn’t go out of my way to drink it again. Definitely not one of Leinie’s top brews. nick76 (2678), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Apr 8, 2009 The aroma is not bad it’s citrus hops, malt, and a mild nuttiness. The appearance is light amber with a medium head. The flavor on the other hand is astringent with a dry nutty finish. The palate is watery. A horrible beer. dp (512), uniontown, Ohio, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 4, 2009 Liny class amb S4L2F2T408 Smelled slightly inedible when I popped the lid. Fairly soft yellow in the glass with an orange tinge in there. Some observable carbonation. Has a gravely earth taste initially, in a Beaver County kind of way. Hints of strong arm but never really executes. No follow thru on the malt. Medium raw bitter builds thru the session. Lighter amber, with individuality. Comes across with more supplementary alky than the 4.9% listed. Finishes like several amber ales. morrdt (608), Jacksonville, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 3, 2009 Six pack from the local Publix here in Jacksonville, FL. Pours a nice amber color with a small head. Aroma is very light hops and a bit of malt. Taste is rather clean, but it finishes a bit watery. It was oh-so-close to being a really nice amber.
