| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 9, 2009 (12oz bottle thanks to cavie) Pours a clear chocolate with great lacing coating the glass. Body is well carbonated and quite creamy. Grain and alcohol abound in the nose, along with a light chocolate. Taste has a watery chocolate but wish it had more of everything. Maybe the best Leinenkugel’s I’ve had though. Hophead22 (1105), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA

Toasty, slightly roasted aroma. Flavor is pretty much the same, more roastiness though and just a little coffee in there as well.
