Roasted malt with a bit of chocolate in the flavor. Not sure that I would describe it as creamy. Not bad for a miller product. Beerdedone (1885), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma of roasted malts and slight chocolate. The flavor is roast, mildly bitter, and slight chocolate. Good beer. mikeben (344), Naperville, Illinois, USA

It won’t put Guiness out of business but it was smooth, creamy and pretty flavorfull. If you like dark beers with low hops (which I do) this will go down easy. I may have to change my opinion of this brand now that I have tried two I really like. jetzler (622), oklahoma city, Oklahoma, USA

Pours a dark red color, with a light head that laces nicely. Good thick creamy taste, a bit light on the roasts though. Fairly easy to drink, not bad for a macro. Mutualaid (136), Texas, USA

Flavors of molasses and caramel; really too sweet for my taste. Not for me I’m afraid. schalicto (1), hugo, Minnesota, USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Oct 9, 2006 It pours like the perfect beer. Especially nice considering that Leinenkugel’s are usually a bit mild. It’s hard to ruin a creamy dark though. Thick, nice head, great aroma / flavor. Finishes as good as it starts.
