The aroma tells of little character in the beer and the beer lives up to the aroma. The flavors that were present were a little nutty with a watery mouthfeel. missing (72), Wichita, Kansas, USA

I agree, it is a flavored beer (like many of their other offerings) but this one actually works for me. I like the nutty sweet hazelnut flavor though I think it could use a little more hops to balance it out. All in all, not a bad beer. mulletman69 (13), USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 3, 2009 Reddish brown with no head. Faint nutty aroma with a touch of sweet milk chocolate and fruit. Odd, artificial hazlenut flavor. Kind of thin and sour at the end. I don’t like these overpowering artificial flavors in my beer. RAYBOY01 (1830), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Choconutlicious is how I would describe the flavor of this beer. Powdered chocolate, nuts, pancacke syrup, and caramel. Watery texture, but then beer is 95% water anyway. Mediocre attempt. agillespie81 (199), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 10/20 | Mar 23, 2009 Brown color...fluffy head. Malty, somewhat nutty aroma. Sweet malt flavor up front, with notes of hazelnut and maple...seems a tad watered down however. Mouthfeel is pretty crisp. Back is much lighter than the front, though a subtle nuttiness is still present...dry finish. Great intentions on flavor for a nut brown, though too light and crisp to really pull it off. ben4321 (1000), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Overall Impression:
Decent enough I guess, a little too sweet for my tastes. Not bad, but not great. Middle of the road beer, middle of the road score.
