Commercial Description:
The new amber-toned brew features roasted malt character, with English two-row malts provide the beer with a maple aroma and pronounced chocolate, caramel and hazelnut top notes.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear copper pour with almost no head. Aroma is sweet and malty with some nutty and cocoa aromas. Flavor is very weak with nutty hints with some sweetness and very light caramel. Flavor is very weak. If it had more, it’d be better.

Pours a copper color with minimal head formation. The aroma tells of little character in the beer and the beer lives up to the aroma. The flavors that were present were a little nutty with a watery mouthfeel.

To be honest, this is the first Leinenkugels that I enjoyed. I agree, it is a flavored beer (like many of their other offerings) but this one actually works for me. I like the nutty sweet hazelnut flavor though I think it could use a little more hops to balance it out. All in all, not a bad beer.

tastes great... but overall not very beer like... litterally tastes like honey roasted walnuts or something... i like the taste but couldnt drink alot of it... and overall i feel its pushing the limits of what we can consider a beer... yes its brewed but it has to have alot more than just barely and hops

Reddish brown with no head. Faint nutty aroma with a touch of sweet milk chocolate and fruit. Odd, artificial hazlenut flavor. Kind of thin and sour at the end. I don’t like these overpowering artificial flavors in my beer.

dm9831...a mighty wind (of thanks) blows in your direction. Choconutlicious is how I would describe the flavor of this beer. Powdered chocolate, nuts, pancacke syrup, and caramel. Watery texture, but then beer is 95% water anyway. Mediocre attempt.

Brown color...fluffy head. Malty, somewhat nutty aroma. Sweet malt flavor up front, with notes of hazelnut and maple...seems a tad watered down however. Mouthfeel is pretty crisp. Back is much lighter than the front, though a subtle nuttiness is still present...dry finish. Great intentions on flavor for a nut brown, though too light and crisp to really pull it off.
