Commercial Description:
The new amber-toned brew features roasted malt character, with English two-row malts provide the beer with a maple aroma and pronounced chocolate, caramel and hazelnut top notes.

dark copper colored beer. light body. Toasty, nutty, and a little sweet. Nice aromas of perhaps maple and caramels.

Orange tinged light brown, thick white head. Nose is caramel. Maybe maple like they say. Tingly palate a bit of toffee, graininess, an English sort of character, not a lot of nuttiness. Decent and unremarkable.

Decent offering by Leinenkugels...not the best, but yet very drinkable. A little light for my liking. Curious about the "natural flavoring"

Another fine selection from Leinenkugel’s brewery. A pleasent nut brown, surprisingly good!

Bottle. Blech...very faint brown color, no head. Aroma is grainy. Taste at first is a regular light lager, then a weird artificial cinnamon / nutmeg flavor kicks in at the end. What is this? The "Beer with Natural Flavor" printed on the label adds to the mystery...What natural flavor are they referring to? This is no Nut Brown...

Bottle : Crystal clear deep amber hue with a lasting fizzy head. The aroma has notes of maple syrup, walnuts, caramel (good), wet grains and a bit of corn (bad). The taste is mildly sweet and nutty at first (good) before a strange acidity and medicinal quality shows up and ruins the party (bad). The mouth feel is lively but not aggressive (good), there is a metallic finish (bad). So as you can tell this is a beer that starts good and ends up not so much. Truly as run of mill as you can get in the genre and the ceiling is not too high with Brown Ales anyway.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Casper. Pours a clear amber/brown color with a medium white head. The aroma is light caramel and toasted malts. A smooth toasted flavor, nutty and simple. Pretty nice.

Poured a clear copper color with a small tan head. The aroma was nutty, with some roasted malts and a hint at citrus hops. The flavor was nuts and citrus. Thin body. Lots of carbonation. Pretty meh.

not the best ive ever had, like a macro trying to be a micro, no real taste or flavor that distinguishes it, not a great aftertaste, wont do it again.
