Oct 7, 2008 Bottle. This clear amber wheat ale is a great summer brew served ice cold with a lemon slice. Honey gives it a touch of sweetness and the flavor has a hint of lemon along with the grain. Highly carbonated with no noticeable hops. The head vanishes quickly; moderate amount of lacing.

Oct 3, 2008 Bottle… Clear, light golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. The nose offers delicate notes of honey and tart citrus fruit with a whisper of mildly roasted nuts. Medium-bodied with a chewy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Grainy, honey sweetness alongside nice unmalted wheat dryness that carries over into the crisp, well-balanced finish.

Sep 29, 2008 Tasted 9/27/08. 12oz bottle. Filtered with a pale golden hue. Moldy white head. Cereal wheaty aromas with hints of honey. Light bodied with crisp flavors. Moderate effervescence. Honey aftertaste. Mild malt character and zero hops. Nothing offensive, just not too much to it!

Sep 25, 2008 Clear golden with a fleeting head. Nice aroma is dark honey with bready wheat malts. Medium body. Light bready malt flavors with a mild honey sweetness. Finishes mildly bitter. Easy drinking hot weather beer.

Sep 20, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clearish gold with a small white head. Aroma was sweet. Flavor was sweet as well. Slightly weak body. Drinkable beer, but far from special.

Sep 18, 2008 Bottle from LIquor Depot. Average color and head. Aroma is spot-on Coors, which was not the way to start off. Flavor is like a mediocre wheat also mixed with Coors, and eventually starts to resemble the hollow cherry flavor of Sam Cherry Wheat. Not my super-fave.

Sep 17, 2008 Okay beer. Lacked taste and not as much honey flavour to it. I guess when comes to beer I look for hops or malt with hints of other elements rather than the other way around.
