Jun 30, 2008 Good hot weather BBQ beer - light and sweet with soft wheat malt notes complimented with some sour lemon notes. A little too thin and the flavor was very washed out - a tad too sweet . I expected worse.

Jun 27, 2008 I liked this brew. It was delicious with a slice of lemon and went well as a quick marinade for grilled pork chops. I think I would have liked it better if it was unfiltered but the crystal appearance just screams crisp and refreshing.

Jun 25, 2008 Poured a slightly cloudy golden color with no head. There was a lively carbonation.
I don’t have much to say about the aroma, it was a fairly bland aroma, maybe slightly fruity.
Had a beer flavor, no hopiness initially but some bitterness as the beer warmed. Also, some fruity, citrus notes came out as the beer warmed.
Overall, this was a drinkable beer, but there really wasn’t much backbone to it. I could drink this beer as a session beer, but there is nothing really pulling me towards it.

Jun 22, 2008 16 oz. draft on tap at Northwoods (Crete, IL). Poured a transparent golden hue with a moderate head that dissipates very quickly. Aromas are next to nil. A small hint on sweetness and a touch of adjuncts in the nose. Initial taste is smooth, largely tasteless on the front end. Backend brings a small mellow honey hint and a more dominant, but not as sharp or unpleasant as other macros, adjunct corniness. Smooth, quenching, but the taste offers nothing special. Decent, I guess. Spot on rating it appears too.

Jun 13, 2008 12oz bottle-pours a pours a foamy white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is musty wheat, light/medium malt, herbal. Taste is musty wheat, light/medium malt, some honey, secondary herbal/spice (continental) hops with some citrus/lemon. Later some caramel comes through. Enjoyable, OK carbonation.
