Bottle pours a clear, pale yellow with a foamy white head. Not much tgoing on in the way of aroma, slight honey and wheat. Flavor is slightly sweet from the honey, but where’s the wheat? Easy to drink, but the lack of flavor really turned me off on this one.

pale straw color, thin white head. There’s not really much too it. A decent, slightly fruity light beer for a hot afternoon, but no real wheat character at all.

Pours an incredibly light, translucent yellow. Nice thick white head, with a simply wheaty nose. I enjoyed two of these bottles, which were easy to drink with dinner, but I wasn’t rewarded with much flavor or robust mouthfeel. Would drink again if offered, will not buy again.

Bottle. Leinenkugel’s Honey Weiss is very light in color for the style; pale yellow. It has a foamy, white head. The aroma is slightly grainy. The flavor is a little sweet, but next to no wheat flavor. The body is light, and the finish is crystal clean. Not very good for the style, however, there really wasn’t too much that was offensive about it either.

Clear pale straw body with a medium frothy white head. Sweet honey and light grain aroma. Very light honey flavor, faint grain, and some light cereal. Medium body with moderately low carbonation, almost watery.

Bottle pours a crystal clear pale yellow with white head. Smells of wheat and clean. Tastes like corn and water, no honey perceptable. Dull and uninspiring.

Pours golden yellow, small head, almost no lacing. Smells funky like old sneakers, dough, and other discarded items. Taste starts sharp with notes of dough, and yeast. The beer is not cloudy, and it dowsn’t tasted good either. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, and and a little tacky on the finish. Finish is old, and forgetable.

A wheat ale huh? Ok. Pours clear golden without much head or aroma. I am able to detect a small amount of malty syrupy sweetness which must be the honey. The body is a little round with a light, sweetish edge with cereal and corn coming in. My expectations were not particularly high but they weren’t met. I suppose this brew is decent for what it is, but one I wont be returning to.
