| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Pale yellow with medium soapy head. Semi-skunky aroma of corn and very light honey. Tastes of corn and cardboard. Astringent and bland. Wheat Ale? Honey Weiss? Tasted more like a pale lager to me. hero12 (61), USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Light gold color, not much of a honey taste, and it doesn’t taste much like a Weiss. Aroma isn’t as inviting as you would hope, but better than some. bhensonb (4355), Woodland, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Bottle. Smells more like pale lager than weiss - definitely not like hefeweissen. Dark gold color with a very flat white head. Thin to medium body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is wheat with a light touch of honey. Perhaps mild amount of grassy hop. Finish is rather bland. I’ll go with "light, crisp and slightly sweet". Pwn3d (1087), Manhattan, New York, USA

I’m a big fan of Sunset Wheat and thought pretty highly of Leinenkugels but wow, this was awful. It tasted the same as my private stock malt liquor 40oz. Didnt notice honey notes, or wheat notes, just shitty lager. lemasney (398), Trenton, New Jersey, USA

Overall experience: 11 out of 20. I liked the flavor, the color, and the aroma. I did not like that each of these was a bit on the shy side, and that there was no head. Much like the berry weiss, this is very soda like, which is fine, but I was looking for a beer. Apache (18), Georgia, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 5, 2008 This is definitely a college students beer. It is light, slighly sweet, and perhaps a little "sophisticated" compared to the regular highlife and milwaukee’s best.
can use more flavor, but not a bad beer in comparison to some of the other macro brews.
