Had this beer on 8/6/2005. Aroma is a very faint malt scent. Color is a light pale gold with very good carbonation and a thin head. Taste is light and sweet. Starting with a light body it goes down crisp and easy. Finish comes in with a mild sweet malt flavor with a faint hint of honey. Its a bit light but it is a nice little beer to drink.

Bottle sampled. Pours a light gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, pale malts, and grain Flavor is clean and crisp with wheat maltiness and a touch of honey. Very refreshing

Not as good as other leinies. Pretty plain compared to the others. I have had wheats? that have a lot more taste.

On tap at Sgt. Pepper’s in Oakdale. Was a flat gold color with almost no head. Aroma was very mild and no honey was detectable. Is this a wheat beer? This stuff is so filtered that it was hard to know. The taste was pilsner malt almost all the way. There was a very faint sweet note that could be called honey. Lacks complexity entirely. Finish was smooth with basically no aftertaste. This is a horrible wheat.

Bottle from my Dad. Thanks, I guess. Pours pale golden with a white head. Aroma of european pale malts and honey. Light bodied with a macro carbonated texture. Flavor of pilsner malts, honey, and biscuit that transitions to a mild herbal bitterness mid palate. Finish is dry and somewhat grassy. Not very good. This could use some wheat for starters, then and residual sweetness. Very macro-esque.

(Bottle) A bland, but not objectionable wheat beer. This lacks the unpleasant sourness that most wheat beers have. However, it also lacks the richness and complexity of flavor. It’s not bitter at all, but it’s not too sweet either. It was perfectly drinkable, but uninteresting.
