I really don’t get a lot of honey on the nose or palate at all. A hint of wheat and corn. Just a hint of sweetness. Refreshing, but very unspectacular. modalnails (43), boulder, Colorado, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 16, 2007 On tap at Kieran’s Irish Pub, Minneapolis, June 2007. Pale gold colour. Served with an unnecessary and unrequested slice of lemon. Very probably the most pungent slice of lemon in the world. It was impossible to pick out anything in the aroma and flavour other than lemon. Really concentrated lemon such as you get in one of those commercial products like Jif. And it was only on the edge of the glass, not floating in the beer. Normally, in those circumstances, removing the lemon leaves the beer only slightly affected, but not this time. Impossible to tell whether there was any honey in evidence as, if there was, it was totally hidden by the lemon. Actually quite thirst quenching on a very hot day but if I’d wanted a pint of lemon cordial that’s what I would have ordered.

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 15, 2007 Pale yellow color with no sedement. Unremarkable nose with faint wheat and no honey. Body was bland and had a slight wheat character with a metallic aftertaste. SturmWulf (65), USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jul 11, 2007 Very pale in color, it has a nice aroma, the flavor iis a touch light with a moderate honey overtone. Nice foamy, slightly creamy head. The body is slightly light, with a slightly thin texture. Carbonation is average. A nice beer that doesnt overwhelm you, and isn’t a disappointment either. Another nice beer from Leinenkugels. Those who like darker beers may not care for this one, but those who like Paler beers may find this to their liking. I enjoyed it and will definitely buy it again. rotoguru (93), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

I just wasn’t at all impressed by it. I enjoy most Leinies but this one definately wasn’t anything to remember kyzr (1127), Belgrade, Montana, USA
