The honey is blended perfectly with this wheat beer. Crisp, clean, and extremely refreshing. Pours a nice golden color with decent head and good carbonation. Easy on the taste buds, the honey is just right and does not overpower this beer like the others that I have had. Not alot of complexity to this one, which is what makes it a great choice xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 8, 2007 The color of morning pee yellow with a flavor to match. It is clear and has a small white head. Little to no aroma, though I am a little scared of what it would smell like. Begins slightly sweet with the crispness that is an overly cold conditioned beer. Finish is tart green apple. Overall a very accesible and drinkable beer for newbies and your average swill swallower. IlanMan (850), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA

This does not mean that it’s a bad beer, but just not my favorite. It must be consumed at a very low temerature or the flavor turns much less desirable. hogan873 (334), Joliet, Illinois, USA

Hint of honey in the aroma. Palate is pretty good, a little thin. Very crisp flavor with some honey in there. Finishes clean. nearbeer (1871), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 3, 2007 Bottle, pours mostly clear, golden pale-lagerish color. Huge, sticky and lasting head. Aroma is what you expect: mildly spicy yeast, with a hint of honey. Flavor is mild yeast , slight lagerish (corn?) malt with another tinge of honey. Slightly sour yeasty note is not overdone in this beer, and gives a nice contrast to the touch of honey (or vice-versa?). This may be a mixed ale-lager beer? Either way, this has a mild and balanced taste, which I like in a weiss. Palate is thin and refreshing with a slight dry tingle, and a whiff of honey aftertaste. Pretty good macro; much better than the overly-perfumed Leinie’s Sunset Wheat! ssinger1485 (17), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 30, 2007 Light gold color, smell has a hint of honey, but nothing you would notice unless you tried to find it. The taste has a subtle honey flavor, which is also hard to find unless you’re looking for it. It’s enjoyable, but not my first choice leinies. mephisto (1144), Taiwan
