| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 22, 2007 Updated: May 21, 2007The aroma has corn malt, citrus, and waffles. There is very little in the way of wheat but there is honey. The appearance is pale gold with a nice foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. This is hardly a wheat beer but there is just enough there to make it drinkable. This is just a macro lager with the addition of a honey lemon cough drop. apingos (77), Rockford, Illinois, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 5, 2007 From a bottle, it pours a sunflower honey with a small white foamy head. Aroma of little citrus and buckwheat. Taste of watery citrus and flour wheat. Actually it taste more like a pale lager with some light citrus flavor. Watery and thin finish. It’s okay for an average lawn mower beer. unclemattie (2441), Georgia, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Apr 1, 2007 A fine summer brew. Usually I don’t advocate "fruiting" a beer but this one gains alot with a wedge of lemon. Its a fine beer without but it helps enormiously. Very light and semi-sweet. The honey is very detectable in the aroma but more subtle in the flavor. One of my prefered Leines varieties.
