This does not give a good first impression. Also looks like the aforementioned nasty American "beer". Yup, tastes like Bud with a little honey. Sucks. Sorta lively palate, no surprise really. Not a fan, if you couldn’t already tell. At least it was a gift, and a single bottle at that. StFun (534), Indiana, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 19, 2008 Unoriginal and unexciting. Perhaps a good summer session beer. Thin and full of grass, with a touch of lemon. Sweet and sticky. Kind of like sucking on cheap honey coughdrops. Eh. HonkeyBra (1376), Lemont, Illinois, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 20, 2008 About a 1/2 inch thick bright white head of medium sized bubbles. Reduces sort of slowly. Light carbonation. Light malty aroma with some doughy bread and a bit of lemon grass. Color is a medium golden brown. Slightly sweet and malty flavor. Kind of bland but still tasty. Nothing really offensive in this brew. Slight chalkyness from the wheat and some grainy notes. Finishes grainy with a mild hops presence. An ok brew. Maybe it is just because I am so damn thirsty, but I don’t think that this is half bad. tarheels86 (812), Washington DC, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Pours an extremely light, clear yellow with no head and no carbonation. Aroma is similar to Coors Light or Bud Light- very sweet with some urine thrown in there. I see no reason to buy this "premium microbrew" when it is no different from a macro, canned atrocity. Calling this a Honey Weiss is hilarious. There is no honey, no wheat, no nothing. This is worse than a pale lager. A disappoint of monumental proportions. bconley (351), Fern Park, Florida, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 20, 2008 12 ounce botle purchased at Target Davie, FL for $1.00 Not bad for the price. illidurit (896), Santa Cruz, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 20, 2008 Poured into a pint glass. Crystal clear, pale yellow. Weak little white head that fizzes away to nothingness. No lacing. Grainy faint aroma with a touch of tartness. Pretty weak, no real detectable wheat influence. Flavor is sort of like a really wimpy berliner weisse, a little tart and a little sweet and grainy. Quite watery, thin body. Borefest.
