| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 29, 2004 A weak hoppy grass aroma. Dark gold with a white head. Taste starts off with some malt and then moves to a grassy hop taste in the end. Watery and very average. A good beer to drink after you are feeling good. Braudog (3763), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 21, 2004 Golden yellow and relatively still after the initial bubbliness that produces an American-looking haed. This beer is super starchy, corny and gristy. Didn’t make me want to come back for more. atpayne (615), Zionsville, Indiana, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 21, 2004 Clear and yellow with not much of a white head. There is a light malt and sweet honey aroma and a light, slightly sour, taste. Nothing that stands out as impressive in this run of the mill beer. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 19, 2004 Clear yellow with a soapy thin white head. Honey and wet cardboard nose. taste matches nose. Doesn’t quench my thirst, instead makes me beg for another product to wash it down with. Grainy finish. On tap at Miller park. Go Cubs! PorterPounder (3138), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 31, 2004 Had a bottle of this at a Twins game. Solid quaffable lager. Light golden appearance, stalwart pillowy white head. Slight sweet twangy aroma, perhaps a bit of honey in there. Same honey sweetness carries over to the flavor. Slight hoppy notes in the back end. Mouthfeel has a bit of a likable stickiness to it that says this would be a decent everyday beer if it was sold near where I live. Overall, a very likable lager. davesarman (159), Waconia, Minnesota, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2004 I believe several years ago this used to be called Leinies Reserve or something like that. Pours a deep gold. Spritzy carbonation and a thin wispy head. Faintly malty aroma, not all that impressive. Decent malty profile, could use a tad more hops. Actually it could use a tad more everything. This isn’t a horrible beer, but it’s not a memorable one either. Maybe a training wheels type of beer. burgerlicious (308), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
