Golden color, small head. Lightly hopped, some maltyness, bitterness is sharp. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

Typical of leinie’s beers. Too plain for the serious beer drinker and too flavorful for the masses.

I wouldn’t seek it out again, but it wasn’t bad enough to turn one down. The flavor is there, but it’s a little weak.

Dark golden color, with a moderate light cream colored head. Fairly malty and think when cooler. When it warms, there is a very bitter alcohol finish. Drink this one cold for best flavors.

Much better than most of this brewery’s offerings. A throwback to the days before the Miller takeover. Very malty. Excellent amber orange visual. Great malt hops balance. Pleasant aftertaste. Certainly not the best brew out there, but to me, it captures what a good regional beer should taste like.

Good dark beer. A real smooth subtle almost smokey flavor.

Decent bite from mild hops and alcohol. Faint aroma, but solid overall beer. Pretty good session beer.
