Commercial Description:
A traditional Marzen brewed with 2-Row Pale, Caramel, and Munich malts. The malts give it a hearty character and deep amber color. Tettnanger and Perle hops provide a well-balanced, drinkable finish prefect for Fall celebrations.

Pretty good actually. Not a real "oktoberfest" type beer, but I enjoyed it for what it was. Orangish color with a slight tan head. Some good hops in there, along with the carmel. Probably my favorite from Leiny

Real marzens are not orange in color and have more character but this offering is not nearly as poor as the reviewers have scored this malty lager. It’s very drinkable and the price vs. more expensive competitors makes it a decent beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours out a clear deep gold with a small head. Nice sweet malty caramel aroma. Taste falls a bit flat and comes off with undesirable sour notes. I will pass on this one next time.

This is a really weak oktoberfest. Pours an orange color with a medium to small sized fluffy head that is gone within minuts. Nose is lager like and smells of wheat and a bit of nuts. Taste is very watery and plain. A bit of malt but nothing else really.

This rating concludes the latest round of Leinie’s torture I have put myself through. I have had worst Ofests, but not many. Flat, cardboardy, spoilt caramel sweetness, with a sour, grainy finish.

bottle - Pours light amber with a two finger head that fades fast and a light caramel malt aroma. It has decent caramel malt flavor and is a pretty light, smooth beer. It’s not bad, but then again there are certainly better Oktoberfests out there.

Clear, copper with a quickly disappearing head. Grain and sour mash aroma. Zesty hops and mild sour fruit flavour. Mild dry-hop finish.
