Commercial Description:
A traditional Marzen brewed with 2-Row Pale, Caramel, and Munich malts. The malts give it a hearty character and deep amber color. Tettnanger and Perle hops provide a well-balanced, drinkable finish prefect for Fall celebrations.

Slightly spicy aroma and flavor. Well balanced. A bit too light as is the case with all Leinenkugels.

Amber color. Smell of malt, hops, grains, burnt leaves and minor caramel. Taste of caramel, roasted peanuts, malt, hops and spice. Its like a light version of an Oktoberfest. Still a good beer.

12oz bottle. pours clear copper with small white head. nose is sweet malty and grainy and corn. flavor is pretty grainy with slight toasted malt to it but the carbonation is really spritzy. it actually doesn’t have a bad flavor it’s just really watery and fizzy mouth feel. pretty adjuncty but a nice replacement for BMC.

Medium brownish orange color, thin off white head. Unremarkable malt nose with slight hints of toffee and dough. Light bodied and drinkable. Well carbonated with a crisp dry finish.

Bottle at a tailgate party for the Illinois vs Wisconsin football game. Pours amber with a white head. Very weak aroma of munich malts. Medium to light bodied with a fizzy texture . Flavor of caramel, bread, and citrus. However, the carbonation really overpowers the rather boring malt profile. A poor example of the style, macro like.

33 cl bottle, Fargo. Light amber colour, foamy head. Malty soapy smell, slightly off taste, there are much better Oktoberfest styles out there.

Crystal orange pour with little head. Sweet bready malt and citrus orange highlight the soft aroma. Medium bodied. More light caramel, toffee and bread notes in the body. Quiet finish.
