Tasted more like MGD. Blech, I wish this wasn’t SABMiller now. Quality of this is low.... eve (240), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 17, 2005 Beautiful deep pumpkin color, light body, initial sweet aroma and malty taste that quickly dissipates to a slight chemical bitterness. We Midwesterners love our Leinies, and for an affordable quaffer in October, this isn’t half bad. MilkmanDan (1940), Eagan, Minnesota, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 16, 2005 Clear golden amber. Nose some biscuit, bit sweet. Flavor sweet malts, toasted biscuits, and something akin to dish soap. Like pretty much anything Leinenkugel’s, it’s decent, but not exceptional in any way. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA

Lovely, lovely scintillating golden body, fairly dense whitish head that lasts...sweet malty-molasses/maple nose with a hint of woodsmoke...sweet, sugary, simple flavor profile, quite light with some dry herbs hinted at late...somewhat fluffy mouthfeel. Not bad, certainly one of Leinies’ best these days. tjwais (42), Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA

Had a nice slightly yellowish head. Smelled like herbed hops and sweet malts, tasted more like the malts rounded out with honey and caramel. Decent stuff. TheDean (785), MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Good flavor and price means I have a new beer to stock my fridge with during the fall. Bigassfish (140), Naperville/Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 17, 2005 Light dusty malt aroma. Clear orange with off-white head. Nasty plant malt, without much of anything. Extremely bland finish. This is worthless.
