Clear yellow, small to meduim head. Malty grainy taste, thin with little hops. Still a good beer to grab out of th cooler. oldstyle (15), USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2007 12 oz. bottle- poured transparent golden yellow, nice head formation. Aroma of grains, minimal malt- like a beer should, a little head. Hits the mouth with a thin body, some malt and grain noticeable, ever so slight hop finish overcovered by sweetness. The best macrobrew lager available stateside- it beats BEER-PAGNE when you are thirsty any day!!! Gregis (1132), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Pours a pale yellow with tons of rising bubbles and a frothy white head that diminishes. The aroma is a clean grainy front with supporting notes of grassy hops and faint metal. Light-bodied with assertive carbonation and a dry, lightly bitter and metallic finish. The flavor is a sweet pale malt front with solid grassy hops at the finish. Probably the best pale lager that I’ve sampled, to date. georgekillian (205), USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 20, 2007 The aroma is a bit sharp and skunk but it goes down with a smooth taste and very easy to get drunk off of. A good summer brew RSRIZZO (1368), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 4, 2007 Had this beer on 6/22/2000. Aroma is bit sharp and sour. Color is bright gold, with good carbonation and head. Taste is smooth and clean. Starting with a light body that goes down a bit creamy. Finish is a lightly sour malt taste backed by a mild bitterness. hellomynameis (794), Mayer, Minnesota, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 23, 2007 Very thin, dusty malt aroma. The flavour reflects the same strange dry cereal like notes. There just isn’t that much to this. EithCubes (2148), Indiana, USA
| 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/20 | Sep 7, 2007 Bottle. Sour, nasty-smelling skunk odor; not the same word we use when a green-glassed brew is light-struck, but rather the Urwort that vividly recalls the actual smell of a skunk! Also a note of long expired perfume. Clear, sickly pale yellow pour with medium visible carbonation and a bright, soapy white head. Taste is likewise nasty and adjunct-filled, metallic and artificial. Corny with faint bitterness, a lightish-medium body and a touch of oiliness. Revolting filth.
