Apr 29, 2007 Bottle from shigadeyp; nose of graininess and sweet; pale gold, medium white head; flavor is graininess and corn with a little hops showing in the finish.

Apr 9, 2007 My old stomping grounds near where I went to college. Surprisingly, this beer is close to how I remembered it 20 years ago. Pours a medium gold amber. Not much aroma, just a touch of popcorn. A bit watery with some corn and a hint of barley malt. Very crisp, clean finish. An above average American pale lager.

Mar 31, 2007 Bottle. Pours a decent yellow with a frothy head and a aroma of, believe it or not, watered-down apple and cayenne pepper. Flavor is hopped-up cajun spice (cayenne, red pepper, black pepper) and a sour melon. Watery mouthfeel. Would go great on eggs but makes a lousy beer.

Jan 15, 2007 ...pale yellow beverage, that pours with less than half an inch of white foam. No aroma. I detect a mild sweet malt flavor. Corn, I say to myself. Heck, I don’t know. I just know that I don’t really care for it. Light body, light carbonation, more sweetness in the aftertaste. No hops, no character. Better than a run of the mill BudMillerCoors. But then again so is ice water.

Dec 23, 2006 12 oz bottle. Well, it has a nice light golden straw appearance. Mmmmm, metallic watery taste...my favorite. I really got a chuckle from the commerical description "...distinctive, crisp, full flavor..." are you serious? That’s a joke right? Sorry, nothing nice to say about this beer.

Dec 21, 2006 Pale golden color fading head. Aroma is lightly malty with corn. Falvor similar to aroma with some hops in finish. Nice clean beer
