something like that, and in fact, I find that I like it quite well enough during hot summers. It's a crisp American lager,
one of those "lawnmower" thirst-quenchers, to use the RateBeer
vernacular. Nothing more or less, and it doesn't pretend to be--which in itself is
refreshing for the lack of advertising hype. Nice hop bite with a bit too much carbonation, but then, that's to be expected in this category. Good enough. skhartke (2), USA does not count | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 15, 2004 It's my beer of choice if I'm working around the house, and want to make sure that I don't get filled up. Crisp, clean and refreshing. willblake (2186), Belcamp, Maryland, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 12, 2004 Drank this because I was in Milwaukee eating waffle fries and watching the Brewers. In any other situation, this is just not a good style of beer, but the ambience made it quite tasty. Mostly tasteless, but slightly sweet, grainy, and there might even be a hop in there. Looks like beer in the commercials, refreshing as advertised. This is one American brew that I would drink over water any day. Syd (903), Waconia, Minnesota, USA

The rather small quantity served is really carbonated, light, rather bland, but better than BMC. It is what it is, and it washes down a greasy burger as it is cold and wet. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 1, 2003 This is a good solid American beer. It's cheap and has a much better taste than macrobrews of the same style. Not a whole lot to it, but decent.
