Dec 26, 2002 Not nearly as good as the red... of course I’m not much of a ’regular’ beer drinker anyway. This beats the macro brews, but wouldn’t be my first choice by far. Good amount of alcohol though, without being weighed down.

Dec 21, 2002 A very solid beer. Crisp finish with a touch of hops. Definetly preferable to mainstream comercial beers like Bud.

Dec 20, 2002 Updated: Nov 20, 2003Very average. Beers get a whole lot worse though. It's a very good choice for an everyday type of beer. Here in the Duluth area, you can grab a case of returnables for 10 bucks. At that unbelievable price you have to drink this. Rerate: I just bought a case of cans due to the price ($5/12). Do not drink this from a can. Everything redeeming about leines is ruined. Tastes metallic and has a disgusting aftertaste.

Dec 13, 2002 A solid beer. Not great, but good. Nice hop finish which is a bit surprising. Lots of places in the midwest USA have it, so ask for it if your only alternatives are Bud or Coors.

Dec 1, 2002 Good clean gold color with a good head. Had it on tap and the brewery, all over town, and in the bottle. Always a what is expected. Just a solid Wisconsin Beer!
